The top-class staff was excellent. the stunning location close to the market was perfect. - There was a wide array of goodies for breakfast. - the hotel's location close to the stream, which falls into the lake eventually, and the city center was convenient. - Kule Cafe nearby is a great spot for tea or coffee.

Great Easter weekend away! The hotel had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and stream, and the location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions. We had a clean and comfortable room that was well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free breakfast each morning.

While our overall experience was positive, we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was weak at times and there was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to make a cup of tea.

We had a romantic escape in the heart of nature. the hotel is located in a very tranquil area and the stream that falls into the lake is a soothing sound to sleep to. the mountain view from the front rooms is outstanding. the hospitable staff made our stay very comfortable. Breakfasts were surprisingly good and a great way to start our days.

The room amenities could be better. When we arrived, our room wasn't ready yet and there was no water nor anything in the fridge.
